We are looking for a hardworking guy who can assist with plumbing, painting, flooring and tiling, electrical stuff, fixing cupboards and general repairs & maintenance. The employee will be working on a full-time basis, and remuneration will be paid monthly.

Duties and Responsibilities include: Installation inspections, diagnosing faults, testing, replacement, repair and maintenance of building fixtures and fittings. General plumbing, including washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC). General carpentry such as hanging doors, new locks, architraves, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture, easing and adjusting windows, replacing handles and similar hardware. General tiling – floors and walls.  Flooring work, such as carpet tiles. General painting. Basic electrical maintenance.

General garden carpentry, such as assembling and maintaining furniture, replacing handles and similar hardware. Liaising with the Manager and other team members and performing jobs as and when they are required. Carry out planned tasks per contract requirements. Carry out tasks within specified time limits. Meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole. Contribute towards the efficient running of the team. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.  From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.

You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally.

Requirements: Matric certificate. A driver's license and any professional certificate will be an added advantage.
