The varied scope of this post includes: record keeping of project accounts/payments/retentions (Large formula driven Excel spreadsheets), project administration and assistance (reports, graphs, etc), bookkeeping (Pastel) of small sets of books, general office duties associated with a small office environment. The successful incumbent will have: significant experience in a post where financial recordkeeping was required, a high regard for working accurately, proficiency in the use of Excel and Word, experience with Pastel Partner or similar, good communication ability in English, preferably a post matric qualification.

Ability to assist with draughting will be advantageous: A one-year contract is envisaged. The post is immediately available. Salary range R15 – R20k/month.
