Purpose: A position has become available for a Sous Chef in the Terrace Kitchen, to maintain high standards of hygiene, high quality of food, speedy preparation of food with minimum wastage in the kitchen and maintain food costs.

Place of work: Food and Beverage Department. Hours of work: Minimum 44 Hours per week as per roster (shifts apply). Education: Professional cookery qualification.

Experience: 3 years’ experience in the same or similar environment.

We are seeking an individual who has: Good interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task. Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and professionally. Enthusiastic person who can improve and maintain the current standards. Composed when faced with high pressure situations.
