Main Job Task and Responsibilities: Answer calls and respond to emails. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email. Research required information using available resources. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Identify and escalate priority issues. Follow up customer calls where necessary. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Produce daily reports. Filing, Basic Administration. Day to day admin tasks.

Salary: R6000/R7000. 12 Hour shift-5days a week.
