Requirements: Must have at least 5 years IT Helpdesk / IT Technical Support experience. Experience working as an IT Engineer is highly advantageous. IT Qualification / Certification is essential. Matric qualification is essential. Active Directory and Exchange Server experience. Experience with Office365 essential. Remote support experience is essential. Must have experience with servers and networks. Must have desktop support experience, hardware and software. Must have excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

Responsibility Duties: Provide 1st level technical telephonic support to clients. Perform 1st line support in the network and server environments. Remote online support. Be responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting via remote desktop support tools. Perform service desk administration tasks on a daily basis. Remote monitoring of WAN/LAN systems, remote application servers and business services for clients.

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 per month
