Below are some required expertise required for configuration, support and maintenance: Job Responsibilities included but not limited: First Line IT support and helpdesk. Routers, LAN, VLAN's and VPN's. Remote and On-site support of current base. Products (Server, Windows, Office 365). Email (Cloud Based), Fibre router configuration/setups. Mobile connections Backups.
