Joint Manager Position Available, Durbanville, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Good Food.

Busy, upmarket fast-food outlet in Durbanville looking for a full-time/shift joint manager. Must have experience working in the hospitality/food industry. Proficient in English (Afrikaans advantageous). Punctual, presentable, and good team dynamics. Positive and honest attitude. Own transport. Good social skills. Must be computer literate.

Preferable: previous managerial position, kitchen experience, kitchen hygiene protocols, quality control, POS system knowledge advantageous, supplier payments and liaising, stock take, stock control protocols, cash up protocols, marketing background, pricing and promotional techniques. Preferably local to Durbanville/Bellville/Tygervalley

Basic Responsibilities include: Placing food orders (POS system), taking orders telephonically, liaising with customers and co-ordinating with kitchen staff, hands-on with food quality control and up keeping front of house cleanliness.

Shifts: Alternating 10:00 – 20:00 / 15:00 – 20:30

Hours per week: 40

Rate: R50 per hour
