Restaurant manager
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $17.31 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Food service manager certification, Safe food handling certificate, Serving It Right Certificate, Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Cash register, Point-of-sale system, General office equipment
Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less, More than 20 people
Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000
Work Setting: Restaurant, Lounge
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Implement operational procedures, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, reconciliation and related forms, Control inventory, Respond to customer complaints, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Train staff, Supervise staff, Customer service oriented
