Small cosy newly opened restaurant ,coffee shop urgently requires a dedicated cook sous chef/barista with traceable references. Someone who can work independently without constant supervision. An individual who understands the pressure of working in the kitchen and all protocols that come with it. Someone who can handle the stock control of the kitchen as well keep in mind food safety and cross contamination not forgetting stock wastage. With the ability to prepare various pasta dishes as well as the sauces. Breakfast, salads, curries, burgers etc, also experience working an esspresso machine. The candidate's responsibility will include cleaning the kitchen and maintain good hygiene practices in the kitchen when handling food , monitor stock levels alert management when stock is low in advance.
