Receptionist/Pa Medical - Knysna, Eden, Company Name: Lynne Harris Recruitment. The ideal person will be friendly, caring, and helpful, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills; Residing In Knysna / Sedgefield and preferably with some medical receptionist experience.

Requirements: Bilingualism in English / Afrikaans is essential. Own transport. 3 to 4 years’ administrative experience in a similar position. Work well under pressure. Not needing to be micro-managed. Strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF’s. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: General front desk duties. Answering calls and scheduling appointments. General correspondence. Managing sales and client’s accounts. Managing stock and orders. Managing suppliers’ accounts. General personal assistant duties. Assisting with marketing and advertising. Upkeep of rooms’ cleanliness, sterilising of equipment, etc. HOURS: A 5-day working week, Monday – Friday.
