Responsibilities: Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.

Typing reports, letters, and other business documents.

Provide an overall assistance function to the planning & Engineering section.

Create and maintain supporting database files/data.

sheets/reports/and other relevant worksheets using office applications and CMMS as required.

Input all the necessary data information from work orders, breakdowns database, and other information obtained from manuals, engineering staff, subcontractors, manufacturers, or suppliers.

To keep proper and updated history and records of fuel issues to each applicable machine, including physical checks to ensure the security of fuel usage.

To assist in maintaining in good order the Engineering Department’s filing system including a library of manuals, drawings, keys of offices and equipment, inventory of tools lockers, inventory of radios/mobiles, etc.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

1-2 years of related Experience.

Familiarity with workshop equipment.

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance terms & procedures.

Basic Knowledge of computerized maintenance management system.

Demonstrates knowledge of technical/functional aspects of work.

Basic knowledge of container handling equipment, specifical ship-to-shore cranes, straddle carriers and reach stackers, Forklift, RTG & terminal trucks
