Our client in FMCG is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with 3 - 5 years experience to cover a maternity cover starting till the end of May 2023. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing creditors' expense data against purchase orders and receipts, analyzing and capturing overheads incurred through petty cash and credit cards, and reconciling rebates and discounts.

Salary Negotiable – Fixed Term Contract starts  till end May 2023

Min Requirements: Minimum qualification matric (Grade 12). Financial Qualification. Excellent numerical and MS Excel (Intermediate) skills. Experience working on SAGE Accounting System is desirable.

Job Requirements: Minimum 3-5  years relevant experience with full knowledge of creditors systems and reconciliations (experience within the FMCG advantageous). Processing and Validating Creditor's Expense Data. Management of overheads through Credit Cards and Petty Cash. Cashflow Projections.
