Guesthouse Relief Manager needed, Sea Point & Three Anchor Bay, Atlantic Seaboard. Company Name: Spring Tide Inn. Spring Tide Inn is looking for a Junior Manager (Relief manager) to cover for the high season. This is a contract position.

At least have a minimum of 2 years’ experience (would be an advantage). Computer literate and great telephonic skills Must be familiar with MS office and nightsbridge. Job Description: Spring Tide Inn has 9 rooms based in Sea Point area. You are required to a work a minimum of 40 – 45 hours per week. The shifts would be 5 days a week with 2 consecutives off days but will always be different every week with one off weekend per month. There will be 2 shifts, early shift which will be from 07:00 am – 16:00 pm and the late shift which will be from 13:00 pm – 21:00 pm. This is not a “sit in the office” type of job and the candidate must be very hands on and be able to work very well under pressure.

The candidate will do/cover the following departments: Housekeeping, Reception, Administration, Kitchen, Guest relations and general day to day operation of the business. Salary will be discussed with the candidate upon interview.
