Preparing a Sales plan (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) and achieving the agreed sales target in your assigned areas. Prepare and follow daily reports on sales calls, client actions, agreements, and deliveries. Attend to clients’ complaints and feedback in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure regular availability of stocks to serve clients’ demand and forecast. Have strong customer service skills and be able to handle objections. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management.
