The successful incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to: To maintain an efficient F&B operation in respect of quality of food and beverage and service while maximising revenues. Extensive knowledge of tablet pos / ikento back of house. Forecasting, planning, sourcing & ordering supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar & rides.

Creating & enforcing of restaurant policies, targets & KPI’s. Daily / Weekly stock take & management accompanied with a weekly report. Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs. Check food and beverage supplies and placing orders as needed.

Track and order shipments. Communicate and build strong relationships with suppliers. Adhere to food, health and safety standards. Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff. Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers. Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience. Designing delicious & attractive menu’s & continuously making improvements. Building positive relationships with vendors. Adhering to food & beverage budget. Managing daily food & beverage operations. Following food & safety regulations.

Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints & responding to customer needs. Managing Daily Operation of the restaurant & upholding standard & procedures. Efficient & effective management of weddings, events & private functions. Daily cash ups & reporting. Training & Managing Staff. Process customer complaints patiently. Salary expectation depending on experience | 10-15k.
