Key Account Executive (External Sales) / R 30 000 – R32 000 / Parow, Northern Suburbs, Company Name: CERA Recruitment Agency. Established Company with offices located in the Parow is looking for a Full time Key Account Executive for their Parow Branch to fulfill the following task to give a few examples.

Duties Role & Mission: Develope a partner relationship with key customers by understanding their business needs and providing the backup service and information the customer requires without asking. Focussing on long term growth and loyalty the KAE must strategicly imlement strategies to ensure high growth rates for both the company as well as the customer. These strategies must ensure that competitors do not sway customers loyalties by positioning themselves as instrumental to the customers business success. The KAE is responsible for communicating the benefits of the company’s products in order to drive sales and to service as well as expand the customers purchases by presenting and educating them on the benefits of buying our products. The KAE must proactively look for new customers and have strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve or facillitate problem solving for every customer.

Requirements and Skills: Traits/Competencies required. Excellent interpersonal skills & Communication. Assist customers, potential and existing, to find a solution to their requirements by being actively involved in the process to promote trust between them and yourself. Master the companies CRM and invoicing software to personally exceed your customers’ expectations. Ability to source, quote and invoice on-site as well as provide any information the customer requests. Present to customers and management proposed strategies based on research conducted in order to maximize benefits to both customer and company.

Industry knowledge Have an intimate knowledge of the company’s product range and their application, market requirements, policies and procedures. Develop strategic relationships with players in the market to the benefit of the company and ultimately your customers. Driven and problem-solving skills. The ability to handle and solve difficult problems with good decision making while staying professional, tactful and polite at all times.

Attention to detail: Planning and Organization and Time Management. Energy and drive. High level of accountability & Integrity. Other perks and incentives. 50% Medical aid (Optional). 10% Pension fund contributions. Salary offered R30 000 – R32 000 per month. Start date Immediately.
