Project Manager (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) – East London. Our client a leading mechanical and electrical contracting Company, specializing in pumps, filtration, water treatment, amongst other services is recruiting for an exceptional Project Manager to oversee and manage all projects and operations.

Work experience & Minimum requirements: Valid driver’s license is required. Grade 12 is required. Stable job history. National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager. High degree of computer literacy MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proven ability to work independently and proactively and manage staff. Must be able to manage a vast number of jobs at a time (+- 40/50). Strong organizational skills are required for this role. Ability to understand customer requirements and specifications. Co-Ordinate the timing plan and constant monitoring the performance of projects to ensure targets are being achieved. Ensure project risks are promptly identified, reported and managed. Ensure Customer queries are effectively dealt with Salary – Market related (depending on experience).
