A Rider assists in bagging orders up ready to be delivered. They have a duty to know where they are going and learn the surrounding areas, street names and locations. Responsible for ensuring that any they have all drinks, deserts and Pizzas before leaving the shop. Pizza box replenishment and stock rotating these as will be demonstrated while in the shop. They are also required to help out with cutting and garlic any pizza or garlic bread that comes out of the oven. The drinks fridge is to be re-stocked by drivers with rotation again implemented (old to the front, new to the back, this ensures that drinks are cold when they leave the shop).

Helping dispose of any waste by taking it to the waste bin. Delivering of items to customers. Being helpful and responsible to customers where possible.

Job Requirements: Each rider should be well presented in appearance but also comfortable. Personal Hygiene is key as each driver is the front line of the business and it reflects on the shop. Rider’s will have bike’s and weather protection clothing provided (this clothing will sit on top of the drivers own choice of clothing). Good customer service skills, empathy and an understanding of complaints (should any arise).

Be able to use initiative and use problem-solving skills. Wage and Fuel money are provided and tips are belonging completely to the driver who has earnt them.
