Should have a comprehensive understanding of sales. Counter Sales & Cash Up. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. Manage refunds and returned items. Processing cash and card payments. Balancing cash registers with receipts. Dealing with customer refunds. Respond to telephone and internet queries.
