Diesel and Petrol Mechanic required, City Centre, Durban City. Workshop Mechanic – Qualified Diesel or Petrol Mechanic Full–time position. Established franchise mechanical workshop is now looking for qualified motor technicians in the field of diesel and petrol in the Durban area, the candidate must be of SA citizen. MUST have a valid South African driver's license and at least 3yrs – 5 yrs. of mechanical experience on light passenger petrol and diesel vehicles for start.

Applicant who has previously worked in an aftermarket service environment such as BOSCH, e-Cars, Car Service City, CAR time, Car Care Clinic etc. will be given preference.

Requirements: Must have knowledge on a wide range of vehicles. Minis Cooper, BMW, Volvo, Toyota, VW, Ford etc. Be able to work independently without supervision, be driven, reliable and proactive. Carry out service and repairs to the highest standard within the required standard industry flat rates. Computer diagnostic proficient and able to work on Launch, Star, Autel diagnostics tools, able to read and remedy the cause of failure.

Good customer relations, be a team player. Mechanical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems must have traceable references. Sober habits, no criminal record. Honest and reliable.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 07:30-17:00 Sat 08:00-13:00
