Management Skills/Delegation Skills: Liaising With Managers. Knowledge Regarding Safety At The Work Place. Must Be Able To Draw Up Work Procedures. Must Be Able To Train Staff On Policies And Procedures. Booking Staff For Training. Keep An Account Of Staff On Site (Roll Call For Purposes Of Salaries). Daily Allocation Of Staff To Various Departments. Must Be Able To Co-Ordinate Various Jobs And Manage Staff. Reporting On Progress Of Jobs Daily. Reporting On Incidents Daily.

Physically Fit (85% of your day will be spent walking to and inspecting various job sites). Must Be Able To Work Closely With Safety Officer. Drivers Licence/ Call Outs And Overtime. Being Able To Communicate In English And Zulu Would Be Advantageous.
