Our Urology practice is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to join our team. As the Medical Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our practice and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the urology practice, including managing staff, overseeing patient scheduling and billing, and monitoring clinic workflows. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by overseeing clinical processes, patient communication, and staff training and development. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Manage financial aspects of the practice, including overseeing billing and collections, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients. Oversee the maintenance of medical records, including electronic health records and patient privacy compliance. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
