Experience in Accounting Package – Pastel and Pastel Payroll. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Online Banking. Maintain a Debtors in Sam's - ie School based Accounting software.

Duties & Responsibilities: Must be able to produce accurate and timely monthly processing of bank statements ,maintain cash book and print relevant ledgers etc. Must be a team player and able to work with minimum supervision. Maintain Financial Records and reconcile all accounts ( example Reconciling student fees ) monthly. Using Bank Manager. Interacting with students for collection of fees etc.
