Tasks & Responsibilities: Assisting in client acquisitions and actively supporting senior managers/principals with business development. Leading all main projects while managing and coaching the team accordingly. Managing clients’ expectations across the organization. Aligning project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc.

Technical skills and other qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in Management Consulting. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Master’s Degree is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively mainly to Saudi Arabia. Experience in implementing operational changes. Knowledge and experience in Lean tools including but not limited to, process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM is a plus. Fluent command of English is required. Arabic is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel). Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
