Overview of Role: Responsible for consistently delivering quality products on time whilst ensuring the effective utilization of resources.

Job Description: Monitor production execution against plans. Provide feedback to ensure that corrective actions happen real time. Ensure effective utilization of productive capacity whilst meeting production plan. Minimize and eliminate all forms of material wastage. Ensure a quality product as per product specific documents and workmanship standards. Receiving of inventory and management through to completion. Documentation control. Monitoring adherence to procedures and systems. Team members are fully aware of requirements and targets, performance is managed on a daily and/or weekly and/or monthly basis. Ensure team members are supported, guided and managed to achieve their full potential.

Being aware of surroundings and day to day activities to ensure and improve health and safety requirements are met and improved where possible. Identify required tools and information to ensure effective work output for the department. Continuous Improvement. Ensure effective housekeeping. Product quality management through adherence to processes and procedures. Administrative duties.

Requirements: ND: Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Must have experience in material flows and inventory management. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Advantageous requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
