Main Duties and Responsibilities: Experience with Pastel payroll & pastel accounting. Reconciliations Vat and SARS experience. Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns for the company. Effective management of inventory and fixed asset register. Accurate maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable data. Ensuring compliance to accurate financial data recording for all assigned business units. Processing monthly general journals. Preparation of balance sheet recons. Preparation of audit files. Reconciliation of intercompany loan accounts. Preparation of intercompany invoicing. Ensuring adherence to business expenditure policies.

Timeous completion and submission of statutory returns. Development of systems and processes to account for financial transactions. Monthly financial reporting on account information and trends. Must have experience performing full accounting functions bookkeeping to trial balance and able to prepare management accounts. Experience with Pastel payroll & pastel accounting.
