Technical Security Equipment Sales Consultant, Boksburg, East Rand. Company Name: Diversity Recruitment South Africa. Identify new potential clients & promote sales by engaging weekly through call, email & visits to on-board new logos to existing dealer base as well as work closely with the NB development Consultant.

Set up meetings with decision makers & completion of post visit email afterwards for every meeting with Top 30 client profile. Manage dealer base consistently by updating details frequently and analyse sales per product and category to promote healthy spread of sales across all categories. Build strong and accurate pipeline and adding SCW value. Service clients quickly, efficiently & professionally at all times. Offer proficient technical advice and work out solutions accurately.

Commit to mastering knowledge of the applications, features, & benefits of all relevant product lines & solutions. Accurate drafting of quotations and solutions based on the specific needs of clients through existing resources. Articulate company's value proposition and product matrix to clients. Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales targets by executing set expectations.

Qualifications: Grade 12 Certificate. Valid Driver's License. Must have N3 Diploma or Better qualification. Must have sales diploma or better.

Experience: Minimum 4 years proven sales experience - Must have electronic security industry experience. Must have Strong Technical / IT related sales knowledge - Preference will be given to distribution experience. Have worked with CRM system or Excel based equivalent process. Must have strong Microsoft Office Usage Experience to promote planning and processes. Must have Dealer Base Management experience & understanding of sales process. Must have worked in the security sales industry (counter sales & B2B). Afrikaans is essential due to the client base.

Skills: Strong prioritization of duties to maximize return on effort. Communication Skills essential - telephonic, face-to-face and email etiquette. Self-Disciplined and Motivated. Fast learning of new information capabilities. Research & Profile Skills. LinkedIn, Whois etc. Goal Driven and clear understanding of their goals. Planning & Execution of plan critical. Able to understand figures and analyse to benefit progress. Trader by nature - able to trade responsible with discount structures to maximize sales & profits.

Benefits: Basic Salary R12,000 - R18,000 neg depending on experience.

Commission: GP rand value based 3% uncapped. Company vehicle / claims available for meetings, site visits etc. incl. in CTC. Marketing assistance to clients available free of charge - Website, flyers, business cards. Sales Growth Path.
