We are looking for an experienced individual to fulfil the role as a Stock Controller to join our dynamic team. We operate in the Electronic Security and Building Systems industry and are well established within the industry.

Our market focus is: Electronic Systems including: Access Control, CCTV & Fire Detection Systems. We require a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the SAME or in a TECHNICAL field, this is a definite pre-requisite. Please do not apply if you do not have any technical stock controlling experience.

Roles and Responsibilities: Management and Booking in and out of stock/equipment. Stock planning and forecasting. Monthly Stock Take. Prevent stock losses. Managing Warranty items.

Basic front of house duties: General Admin Duties. Build relationships internally. Good communication & listening skills. Excellent customer service and relationship skills. Diligent, energetic and consistent. Honest, trustworthy, reliable and punctual. Willingness to learn. Results driven and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years Electronic/IT stock management experience. Experience in building relationships with suppliers. IT Experience/Knowledge. Experience with MS Office. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong planning and organising skills. Own transport with a valid driver’s license.
