Introduction: The Customer Service Advisor oversees all aspects of the customer interaction process in the After Sales component.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of a Matric/Grade 12. Full training is provided to fulfill your working experience as a Customer Service Advisor. Must have some technical knowledge. Excellent negotiation skills. A good command of the English – spoken, read and written. Must have computer skills and ability to utilize Microsoft Office. It is expected that the candidate has a clear criminal record based on the various verification checks that will be conducted.

Knowledge / Skills: Customer Relations & Experience. Preserve and grow the current client portfolio by ensuring best practice customer experience. Work closely with the Sales and Finance Teams to ensure timely customer feedback and high levels of service. Financial and Warrantee Management. Work closely with Finance Departments in ensuring accuracy of quotes.

Operational Excellence: Ensure continuous feedback and keep customers informed. Health, Safety and Hygiene Practices. Ensure all health, safety and hygiene requirements are fully adhered to in your daily work responsibilities.
