Job responsibilities: Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing a warm and friendly greeting.

Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations, and billing.

Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve any issues.

Providing information to guests about facilities and services.

Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints.

Monitoring guest feedback and reviews, and taking action to address any issues or areas for improvement.

Providing feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve guest satisfaction and overall guest experience.

Job specifications: Good communication in English language.

Graduate Fresher who are keen to pursue a career in Hospitality are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience in customer service / front office preferred.
