Job Purpose Customer Service Representatives assist customers: By answering product and service-related questions. Provide information about other products and services. Updating and maintenance of Customer account information. Assist in resolving product or service-related problems that the customer has experienced.

Requirements: Essential 6- 12 months' Call Centre Customer Service.

Experience: Excellent Communication Skills. International Customer Service Experience Advantageous. Problem-Solving Skills. Friendly Attitude. Empathy. Business Acumen. Product/Service Knowledge. Strong Time Management. Computer literate. Excellent English Proficiency.

Remuneration: R6500 Basic Salary. Monthly KPI Bonuses.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with alternative Saturdays 8am to 1pm.
