FSG Forensics is a 37-year-old, 51% black-owned company. We have Immediate vacancies for three Tracing Agents (Debtor Tracers) at our Johannesburg office in North cliff (located 5 minutes' walk from Beyers Naude Drive for Applicants who rely on public transport). Tracing Agents find people ("debtors") who have stopped paying their accounts and who have moved to a different address.

Tracing Agents find debtors by working from a desk, using a telephone to explore the last known information provided for a debtor and information obtained from databases on the internet to find new information that will result in finding the new addresses of a debtor. While FSG seeks experienced Tracing Agents, we will also consider Applicants who have similar work experience because Full Training Will Be Provided (e.g., Call Centre Operators who call debtors to remind them to pay their accounts, Tracer Field Agents, and persons employed in any position that required them to find people). To Qualify To Apply For This Position Applicants Must Meet The Following Criteria:

1) Must have passed Matric;

2) Must speak, read, write, and understand English to a business standard;

3) Must be South African;

4) Must be computer literate including - 4a) Know how to use a laptop computer properly, 4b) Know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, 4c) Know how to send, receive and read/write emails in English to a business standard, 4d) Know how to use the Internet for research and to search databases and 4e) Know how to TYPE to a business standard;

5) Must have strong verbal communication skills to confidently question people telephonically for information;

6) Must be able to think logically;

7) Must have a high standard of integrity;

8) Must have the Discipline required to work in an organised manner and to keep accurate records of their work in the manner specified by FSG;

9) Must have the drive to achieve targets to earn more money, and;

10) Must understand that "time is money" and be able to work productively throughout each working day,

Applicants Who Might Be Appointed To The Position

1) Will work from 07h30 to 16h45 Mon - Fri and one Sat morning a month,

2) Will be paid a basic salary Plus commission that can total R 8 000.00 to R 12 000.00 per month,

3) Will be on Probation for the 1st three months and will be offered a fulltime position from their 4th month of employment if they can achieve the targets prescribed by FSG.
