Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Liaising with third-party laboratories for raw materials and finishing good testing. Handling FG shelf-life validations and verification processes. Certificate of analysis and preparation of quality technical documents for product registrations. Lead GMP training. Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including specifications, test methods, and procedures.
Work closely with the production team to identify and correct quality issues. Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with the production team to implement corrective actions. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results. Analyze data and prepare reports on quality trends and performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a cosmetic manufacturing environment ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory software.
