Salary: Basic Salary + Commission included (Dependent on experience)

Description: Redwill ICT and Opentel, a prominent Internet Service Provider and Managed Services Company is looking to employ an experienced Sales Representative with knowledge and experience in the ICT and Telecoms sector.

Responsibilities and expectations: Knowledge of FTTH, FTTB and Wireless products. Cold calling. Daily and Weekly sales reports. Resolving Customer queries. Maintain and Grow Customer Base. Searching for new business opportunities (new customers). Set target per month to be met. Assist and plan ad hoc Sales Drives. Following up on outstanding customer documents. Handle and process all paperwork and administration relating to new customers and existing customers daily. Verify application forms and ensure all supporting documents are included.

Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in ISP sales will be advantageous. ISP and Telecommunications or similar background/experience will be advantageous. Managed services experience advantageous.

Experience in feasibility checks advantageous. High School diploma or equivalent required. Sales/Marketing qualification would be advantageous. Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Communication and organization skills. Have good attention to detail. Able to work with customers professionally. Have the ability to close deals. Target driven. Must be able to work under pressure.
