Vacancy - Accounts and Office Administrator, Berea & Musgrave, Durban City.

The Job Specification: Accounts & office administrator based in Musgrave area. This position will be for accounts department and general office PA duties to the directors. The candidate will be required to have full working knowledge of debtors & creditors. At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping environment.

A certificate or diploma in accounting or bookkeeping will be advantageous. Minimum 2 years’ experience dealing with customers in relation to their accounts. Fast, Accurate and meticulous with figures. Solid and accurate experience in reconciliations. Experience with accounting programme, Pastel Partner is advantageous. Attention to detail. Must be fully proficient both in verbal and written communications in English. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to work under pressure. Must have own transport.
