PROPERTY MANAGER (Arabic Speaking) Ref: 924670 AED 25,000 Plus Benefits - Dubai. Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned client-side real estate organisation who has one of the largest residential and commercial portfolios in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a highly experienced Arabic speaking Property Manager to join their Dubai based operations. As Property Manager you will be covering the regions of Dubai and Northern Emirates. Your responsibilities will include property management and leasing as well as administration and accounting. Specialising in commercial property, you will ensure the delivery of a high level of control and service is provided to the properties, tenants and landlords. In addition, you will tend to any issues that arise. The successful candidate should demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience within property management and should be a specialist within either residential or commercial properties. Due to the nature of the position it is essential you are an Arabic speaker. It is a requirement of the role that you possess Dubai and Northern Emirates, ideally Sharjah experience.
