Permanent Project Coordinator, Other, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Persona Staff Recruitment. Our client is a global leader in its industry, and they have an opportunity available for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the role of Project Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor bill of material, project plans and schedules. Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Prepare spreadsheets and presentation materials for meetings (BOM, ETA’s etc.). Manage project deadlines, deliverables and follow up on ETA’s. Maintain project files with correct item codes, descriptions, sales orders, pack lists, ETA’s, and other relevant information. Maintain administrative functions and file paperwork as needed. Maintain project CP module in SAP and files on company system. Communicate project risks and provide solutions where applicable. Coordinate project logistics and supervise team to keep workflow on track. Ensure necessary materials are checked, properly packed, labelled and stored. Assist customer service as needed on project related activities. Liaise with buyers, planners, product managers and warehouse personnel as needed. Assisting warehouse when needed (physical labour); Supervise loading and unloading of trucks/containers, counting stock, picking, and packing of goods.

Education and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or related field of study. 3+ years’ experience in related field. Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel). Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (Afrikaans and English). Excellent telephonic skills. SAP working knowledge. Previous experience regarding irrigation products – Preferred.
