General Manager - URGENTLY required for Construction Company based in Dubai. Candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering with 15 to 25 years experience in medium to large engineering and Construction Company. Must have at least 10 years managerial experience in multiple projects. Should have excellent knowledge in economic screening through conceptual design, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction to commissioning and startup operation.
