Candidate must have the following experience/requirements: Over 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential. Drivers license (own car preferable). Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Stock management experience.

Excellent admin and organizational skills: Daily cash-ups. Placing orders. Training staff. Shifting staff. Excellent customer service skills.
