We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic medical company. Your primary objective will be to identify potential customers, establish effective communication channels, and explore new market opportunities. You will also focus on maximizing sales growth by enhancing relationships with existing customers. This role presents an exciting opportunity for professional growth as the sole sales agent, where you will shape the company's sales strategy and drive revenue generation.

Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging in negotiations, presentations, and product demonstrations. Continuously track customer interactions and provide efficient solutions to exceed their expectations. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and marketing activities. Implement and manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to enhance sales productivity. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage different avenues and boost sales. Attend the office three times a week during the initial onboarding period, maintaining regular remote communication with the owners thereafter.

Requirements: Previous sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to provide tailored solutions. Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives. Proficiency in developing SOPs and implementing CRM systems is desirable. Marketing experience and knowledge of different strategies is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits: Base salary: R12,000 per month. Commission structure: Incentivised commission plan based on sales performance. Probation period: 4 months.
