Sales Consultants are responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities. They are responsible for quoting and confirming bookings with clients and entering the relevant information on our inhouse systems.
Sales Consultant job description: We are looking for an entry level Sales Consultant to join our team, learn and grow into an exciting career path! Sales Consultant duties and responsibilities: Quotations and confirmations of trips. Loading trips and details onto our inhouse system (Excel platform). Offer and promote different services and offerings. Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Relevant administrative duties: Sales Consultant requirements and qualifications. Experience in a customer service focused positions will be to your advantage. Passionate about customer service. Proficiency in English (Afrikaans advantageous). Knowledge of additional languages is a huge advantage. Excellent telephone etiquette and great grammar is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word). Customer oriented mindset. Critical thinker and problem solver. Team player. Good organizational and time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
A teachable attitude is key. Must be able to work shifts for applications: Friday.
