Admin Assistant to Financial Advisors, Durbanville, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: Brilliance BlueStar. We are looking for a brilliant Admin Assistant to join our productive team of financial advisors at Sanlam in Bellville. Education and experience. Grade 12 with mathematics or accounting as a subject. At least 5 years work experience. Accounting or finance experience.

Job responsibilities: Provide admin support to the advisors to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Answer phone calls and schedule meetings. Data capturing. Prepare applications and other forms. Capture, submit and manage investment and insurance instructions. Obtain risk policies and employee benefit information for clients. Summarise client portfolios for meetings. Use the available information to compare products. Carry out general duties such as filing, typing, copying and binding.

Skills: Good communication, listening and reporting skills. Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel. Be able to analyse information. Ability to multi-task under pressure. Ability to work independently and in a team. Positive "can do" attitude.

Excellent attention to detail: Good time management skills. Professional communication via telephone and e-mail.

Remuneration: R12,000 to R16,000 p.m. negotiable based on relevant experience.

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 to 16:30.
