Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Product Experience/Knowledge: Furniture and house furnishings, Sports equipment and clothing, Appliances, Home electronics
Specific Skills: Operate cash register, Customer service oriented, Set up displays of merchandise in windows or display cases, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, Provide advice about merchandise, Suggest ways to care for goods, Provide cost estimates on materials, Promote and sell memberships, Suggestive selling, Work with minimal supervision, Negotiate credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates, Provide advice on home entertainment systems and other electronic equipment, Arrange for repairs to products or equipment
