Job Purpose: SupaCrush are currently seeking a Quarry Supervisor. This individual will be required to oversee the operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the mine, provide technical support where necessary, and supervise a team of employees to promote the vision of the company. This role requires attention to detail, time management, leadership and mentoring, and organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements: Must be a male age (25 – 45 years). Communicate verbally and in writing in English, Afrikaans, Xhosa would be an added advantage. Must have own transport with drivers’ license (Code 8 or Code 10). Must have Grade 12. Ability to work long hours if required, and work out of town from time to time. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. Min 3 years’ experience in general welding (tig and mig etc) Ability to use all hand tools (i.e., grinder, cutting torch etc). Have Clear criminal record (Criminal Check will be conducted). Must be Medically fit (Medical examination will be conducted).  The position is initially a temporary position which will be reviewed.
