Job Description: Answering incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and respond appropriately. Assisting customers with order status follow-up. Greeting visitors/guests/members professionally and determine the nature and purpose of visit. Keeping reception area clean and neat. Monitors visitors’ access. Creating and sending customer invoices - ensuring accuracy of data at all times. Ensuring timeous printing of invoices and delivery notes and shipping labels. Booking collections with couriers and following up on any hipping related queries. Gathering and scanning PODs and uploading to cloud drive daily, and filing of physical invoices. Capturing invoice details on 3rd party platform. Printing barcodes when necessary. Support other admin staff as need arises
