Responsibility: Must be well spoken. Cutting, boning and preparing meat. Experience operating required knives and tools. Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls. Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation. Experience with meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools. Breaking, splitting, and cutting knowledge essential. Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls. Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation. Removed bones from the product. Separated the leg and thigh portions. Cut breast/filet portion into strips for chicken fingers. Deboned the joint at the end of the drumstick. Separated the leg from the thigh portions. Removed the piece of meat between the thigh and the back of the chicken. Placed finished product into a bag/box.

Knowledge of animal anatomy. Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing. Moving the carcasses around the meat areas, without damaging the meat, and putting them on a production line. Using tools such as knives and saws to break up, split and de-bone carcasses. ? Cut, trim and prepare meat cuts to specific meat and industry specification.
