Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representatives will have a direct impact on our growth by presenting our wide range of branded sunglasses to prospective customers, understanding their needs and recommending the products that will satisfy their requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and pricing strategies. Identify prospective customers, establish relationships and close sales. Educate customers on the benefits and features of our branded sunglasses, and assist them in making product selections based on their needs.

Ensure all customers receive excellent service, including prompt responses to inquiries and follow-ups. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product performance, and potential product improvements. Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the eyewear or fashion industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers. Strong negotiation and selling skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.

Payment Structure: This is a strictly commission-based position. The compensation package is highly competitive and directly proportional to the sales performance of the individual. High performing sales representatives have an unlimited earning potential.
