Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking to hire an experienced café Manager and Assistant Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our café. Responsibilities include processing payments making deposits, and ensuring that the café is always clean and well-presented. You should be able to oversee the maintenance and repair of café equipment. To be successful as a café manager, you should demonstrate exemplary management and leadership skills and ensure that the café staff carries out all duties efficiently. Ultimately, an exceptional café manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service.

Skills and Competency Requirement: Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Junior Restaurant Manager or a similar role, Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook), Flexibility, Detail Orientated, Excellent communication and organisational skills, Able to multi-task and work under pressure, Customer orientated, Trustworthy, Team player, fast learner and hard worker, Positive attitude.

Duties include but not limited to: Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are always of   the highest quality, Pro-active problem solving, Excellent customer service, Know and apply to the café policies and procedures for health and safety Handling customer enquiries and complaints, Have product knowledge, Complete day to day café cash-ups, Lead and motivate staff, Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practising clean as you   go procedures, Perform other reasonable duties as requested, Daily stock count as per company procedures, Ability to work on a schedule and meet deadlines.
