Experience: Minimum of 2 years in car wash management carwash@noags is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee our new and exciting car wash operations. As the Car Wash Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective daily operation of our car wash facility while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the car wash staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth workflow and maximize productivity. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Oversee the maintenance and repair of car wash equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain an uninterrupted workflow. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the car wash facility. Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the car wash operations.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in car wash management. Proven track record of successfully managing a car wash facility, including staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using computer software and systems for operational and administrative tasks. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings, as required.
