As a School Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of our students to and from school. Your responsibility goes beyond driving; you will be an ambassador of our school, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.

Responsibilities: Safely operate the school bus following designated routes and schedules. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transit, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus, reporting any maintenance or safety issues. Maintain a clean and well-organized bus interior, creating a comfortable environment for students. Greet students and parents warmly, fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere. Assist students in boarding and alighting the bus, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintain discipline and orderliness among students during the bus journey. Communicate effectively with school administrators, parents, and transportation supervisors. Respond to emergencies, following established procedures and protocols. Attend driver training sessions and workshops to enhance driving skills and safety knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements: Valid UAE driving license with a “Heavy Bus” endorsement. Minimum 1+ years of experience as a school bus driver or in a similar role.

Knowledge of UAE traffic and road regulations. Excellent driving record with no history of accidents or violations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus. Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including early morning and afternoon shifts.
